Our client, a Montessori preschool and primary school dedicated to nurturing young minds is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced Pre-School Teachers for immediate employment.

Job Summary

As a Montessori preschool teacher, you guide children’s independent learning in a carefully prepared environment. Your role is to foster their cognitive, social, and emotional growth through self-directed exploration, using the Montessori method to nurture curiosity and foundational skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide children through the five core Montessori areas: Math, Language, Practical Life, Sensorial, and Culture, using specialized materials.
• Observe each child and tailor support to their individual developmental stage and progress.
• Create a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom that promotes independence and self-directed learning.
• Foster children\'s social, emotional, and practical life skills through daily activities.
• Maintain effective, regular communication with parents and guardians about their child\'s development.
• Prepare and maintain the classroom environment and all learning materials.

Qualification & Requirements

• B.Edu/Bsc/HND/NCE
• 1-3 Years Montessori teaching experience
• Age: Between 25 – 40years

Salary: N150,000
