Microwave Transmission Back-office (MW TX BO) Personnel at MacTay Consulting

Responsibilities

• Remote support to field teams on all MW TX activities.
• Commissioning and Trouble Shooting.
• Service Migration and Cut-over.
• Work with implementation manager (IMP) in achieving project objectives.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Over 5 years of successful work experience in MW Transmission network project delivery or network maintenance;
• Familiar with MW TX seamless delivery solution (L2/L3 provisioning) and have the ability to do troubleshooting for complex problems, PS Firewall migration experience;
• Familiar with MW TX related technologies such as VLAN Mapping / EPLA / QOS, CA;
• Experience in actual project delivery, customer technology communication.
• Strong communication ability, good customer service awareness and network security awareness.
