    Member Experience Officer

    Member Experience Officers Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that front desk transaction processes and policies are followed, including selling subscriptions and products, and handling basic customer inquiries, especially member account issues.
    • Act as account officers by following up on renewals when due.
    • Supervise the Transaction Officer to ensure access control/check-in policy compliance.
    • Ensure all front desk records are well kept in line with company policy.
    • Assist the branch operations manager on duty in handling member issues.
    • Keep the reception area tidy per the company’s look and feel policy.

    Member Experience Officers Skills and Competencies:

    • Executive Presence- Poise, Professional Etiquette, Public Speaking, Confidence & Assertiveness, Team Management & Leadership
    • Problem-Solving - Conflict & Confrontation Management Ownership Mindset (Owner/Operator Mentality)
    • Financial Acumen: the ability to understand and interpret financial statements and ratios.
    • Coaching Skills: Ability to grow and manage people.
    • Managing Up: Ability to have tough conversations with management and hold people accountable.
    • Account management and Analytical skills.
    • Selling skills & Processes
    • Conflict & confrontation management and Sound interpersonal skills.

    Must have:

    • BSc/HND in any social science or equivalent course.
    • Minimum of 1 years in Operations/sales Customer Service, preferably in the following sectors: Hospitality, HMO space and Insurance, Food and Beverages etc
