This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative (Kessington) at Remedial Health in Lagos. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare retail businesses. The role involves engaging with pharmacies and PPMVs to understand their needs, provide product information, and ensure timely delivery of medicines.

Job Description
Engage and manage a pipeline of chemists (PPMVs), retail pharmacies and Hospitals and effectively communicate the benefits and values of Remedial Health
Learn and implement our unique sales process to develop, own, and exceed quarterly sales targets
Client training on use of Remedial Health’s platform and ordering process
Timely delivery of ordered products by your clients
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territories
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Market research activities as mandated by the company
Manage both inbound and outbound sales and Work with new clients to ensure success
Review data and trends to support interpretation and strategy development
Support implementation of lead-generation strategies
Support planning and management of group-based education and sales events
Support planning and implementation of marketing materials and strategies
Support development of new channels and account growth strategies
Customer account management, client success and re-activation of inactive clients
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree, HND
3-5 years experience as a Medical Sales Representative
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an added advantage
Highly motivated and target driven with a track record in Sales
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and most especially Excel
Possess a valid drivers' license
Medical Sales, Pharmacy, and Medicine knowledge is a plus
Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare retail businesses
Skills

Superb time management and organisation skills
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
