• We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Medical Officers to join our dynamic team and make a difference in providing top-notch healthcare services to patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Conduct thorough medical examinations, taking detailed patient histories and performing diagnostic tests as needed.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans, enabling patient understanding and compliance.
• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up visits and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Perform minor surgical procedures and emergency medical interventions when required.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and administrative staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in medical practice.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and medical students, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the health village, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• Valid medical license in Nigeria
• Proven experience as a Medical Officer or similar role in a healthcare institution
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to patient care and continuous learning
