Role Description

• The Marketing Officer role at Micronet Technologies Nigeria Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos.
• The Marketing Officer will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s software products and services, including ERP, HR/Payroll, and asset management solutions.
• Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target markets, and supporting sales initiatives with marketing materials and presentations.
• The role involves managing the company’s online presence, including social media channels, email campaigns, and basic content development.
• The Marketing Officer will also track and report on campaign performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Marketing and Sales, with the ability to support lead generation and product promotion.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze customer, competitor, and industry data to inform marketing strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Practical experience with Social Media Marketing and managing digital channels to build brand awareness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working with technology products; prior experience in IT or software marketing is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Proficiency with basic productivity and marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, presentation tools; familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms is a plus).
