Marketing Officer

Description
- We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to develop and execute marketing strategies that attract and retain clients, boost brand awareness, and generate sales for our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads
- Promote the company’s products and services both online and offline
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, proposals, and presentations
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback
- Organize marketing activities, property exhibitions, and promotional events
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of OND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or sales role (real estate is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Target-driven, resourceful, and proactive
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
