Job Description

• A restaurant & Lounge marketing manager or executive to develops and implements marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales, which includes managing the marketing budget, creating promotional campaigns, overseeing social media, and analyzing market trends.
• They are responsible for planning and executing all marketing activities, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with restaurant staff to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Core Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to meet business goals, including setting sales forecasts.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor all promotional and advertising campaigns across various channels, both digital and traditional.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality marketing content, such as website copy, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Social Media & Digital: Manage and grow the restaurant's social media presence, which includes content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Market Research & Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring a positive return on investment.
• Public Relations: Seek opportunities for positive publicity and manage the restaurant's public image.
• Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant management and staff to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tactics specific to the food and beverage industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and market research
• Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
