    Business Development Executive (BDE)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, close property sales, and grow client relationships in the real estate sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new sales leads
    • Market and sell company properties
    • Build and maintain client relationships
    • Conduct property inspections with clients
    • Meet monthly sales targets
    • Prepare sales reports and follow-ups.

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / B.Sc. in any field
    • 3 – 4 years sales or real estate experience
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Target-driven and confident.
