    Marketing Manager

    Description

    We currently seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our client in the Construction and Manufacturing Industry. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy, managing campaigns, and driving brand awareness through multiple channels.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
    • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
    • Create and oversee the production of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
    • Manage the company's website and social media presence, ensuring content is engaging and up to date.
    • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
    • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality deliverables within budget and timeline.
    • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing and communications.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Experience in a consulting or professional services firm is a plus.
