Our company is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executives and Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Marketing Executive and Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, generating new sales lead and building relationship with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhancing the company's brand image through effective promotional strategies and community engagement.
• Conducting property tours, explaining features, and providing necessary information to clients. 
•  Meeting with prospective buyers and understanding their property needs and financial capabilities.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Maintaining a database of potential and existing clients for follow-ups and future sales opportunities. 
•  Generate new sales leads and build relationships with customers
• Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company through proactive client engagement.
• Provide customers with product/service information and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
