    Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    • We're looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Executive to contribute to the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and boost sales for the organization.
    • You'll work closely with various departments to implement strategies, manage projects, and analyze data to ensure successful campaign performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms (e.g., social media, digital advertising, email marketing, events, PR) to achieve brand awareness and campaign objectives.
    • Create engaging content (e.g., copywriting, visuals) that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the organizations’ brand identity.
    • Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, PR, design) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, website content, presentations).
    • Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and technologies, continuously learning and implementing new skills.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role in FMCG, automotive, marketing agency, tech company, or fintech sector.
    • Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to achieve brand awareness and lead generation goals.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing and its various channels (e.g., social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing).
    • Excellent content creation skills (writing, editing, visual design) with a focus on crafting engaging and persuasive content.
    • Proficient in marketing analytics tools and data visualization software.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Passion for the automotive industry and a keen understanding of customer needs and preferences.
