    Marketing Executive

    Job Responsibilities

    • Orchestrate brand engagement across social media platforms through the development of impactful and audience-aligned content.
    • Conceptualize and implement data-driven strategies that achieve the organization’s key objectives.
    • Generate regular reports showcasing key insights, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement on social media.
    • Leveraged social media marketing expertise and targeted campaigns to drive lead generation.
    • Develop customer-centric content ideas for signed influencers that focus on authenticity and align with the needs and lifestyle aspirations of the brand's target audience.
    • Strategically select and vet social media influencers/ content creators who align with the brand's values and target audience demographics, to drive successful influencer marketing campaigns and deliver on the brand's objectives.
    • Develop and execute engaging weekly email newsletters that drive website traffic, educate and inform customers, and foster meaningful connections with the brand's target audience.
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to expand your knowledge and build an understanding of the full consumer journey.
    • Offer data-driven recommendations and informed, fact-based solutions that improve performance and support the company's overall objectives.
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to gain valuable insights and develop a comprehensive understanding of the consumer journey
    • Conceptualize data-driven marketing strategies that leverage impactful storytelling to positively shape the brands in the minds of the target audience.
    • Conducting industry research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
    • Collaborating with creative teams for content creation and design.
    • Ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing medias.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (candidates with international degrees are encouraged to apply) preferably in a field related to digital or marketing
    • Experience in Google Garage Digital Skills for Africa, Inbound Marketing by HubSpot, Google & Meta Ads Training
    • Preferably Minimum of 1-3 years’ work experience in marketing and advertising or sales.
    • Experience in top luxury companies and top tier banks will be an added advantage
