    Logistics Lead, HI Project

    Position Purpose:

    • This position is responsible to establish/execute robust Project Logistics strategies, operating plans, contracting strategies and support for the effective and timely delivery of all the Logistics services and to ensure value in Project is maximised and protected throughout the Project phases. In addition, the position is responsible for establishing and maintaining the overall Logistics operating philosophy, strategy and plan for the HI Project.

    Specific Tasks and Targets:

    Front End Logistics

    Establish, lead and direct responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of logistics services throughout the project lifecycle in line with applicable Project Standard and Guidelines.

    • Accountable for the Logistics Infrastructure Resource Assessment (LIRA) by providing assurance that all ALARP Logistics options identified to minimise Project logistics exposure to are implemented.
    • Ensure the development of Logistics Execution Strategy, clear outline of all logistics element both primary and secondary Logistics.
    • Ensure the rightful Logistics strategies, operating plans, contracting strategies and support services are well-developed by collaborating with internal Logistics teams and other external/internal functions.

    Project Logistics Execution

    Understand, Deliver and Improve on Project Logistics executions aspects. Ensure the Logistics management activities during the execute phase (post-FID) are planned, managed and executed efficiently and effectively, including Venture logistics activities and those of Project logistics activities generally provided by a Major Project Contractor or other delivery/installation (T&I) Contractors. The followings are the details of the accountabilities: 

    • Ensure the rightful Logistics strategies, operating plans, contracting strategies and support services are in the right place and at the right time for safe, efficient and smooth execution.
    • Support project leadership in controlling Logistics cost aspects/ budget for the projects
    • Ensure allocation of Logistics resources based on the agreed services to end users
    • Establish adequate Logistics health check and execute in a proper manner.
    • Review Logistics HSSE & SP Plan for all related Projects.

    Interdependency with other project activities

    Understand, support and implement Logistics support and services in other Project Activities/Disciplines deliverables. The followings are the details of the accountabilities:

    • Supplement the Production and OR&A organization by providing essential Logistics expertise to the internal future development stakeholders base whilst providing Project Logistics demand planning coordination for existing operations across IAPS and Logistics Teams.
    • Ensure collaboration within inter discipline i.e. wells, fabrications, engineering binge coordinated effectively.

    Dimensions:

    • People: Embedded Venture Partner Logistics personnel (6 to 10 personnel, depending on activity phase).
    • Cost: No direct budget accountability but monitors Logistics cost expectation as estimated in Project. Ensure accurate Logistics cost estimates and budget spending.

    Stakeholders:

    • Multiple external & internal stakeholders ranging from Venture partner, regulatory bodies to internal Shell end users/Project Teams/functions/disciplines.
    • The position reports directly to SCiN SC Delivery Manager with an indirect accountability to the Project Director.

    Requirements (Qualifications & Experience)

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Change Management, Project Management and Engineering.
    • Other professional qualifications and degree will also be eligible assuming they have demonstrated ability and experience (proven track record).

    Required Experience

    • Minimum 10 years applicable experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, project related activities.
    • Other experience will be considered if it can be demonstrated how it is transferable to a Logistics/Supply Chain environment.
    • Proven ability to deliver results in sustainable manner.

    Key Competences

    • Excellent stakeholder engagement/management skills, presentation and delivery skills.
    • Strong Integrated Demand Management, Resource Allocation, Resource Scheduling & Effective Performance Management skillset.
    • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
    • Analytical thinking with problem solving and decision-making skills/techniques.
    • Excellent facilitation, analytical thinking planning and coordination skills to gather and collate large amounts of information.
    • The capacity to understand and analyse issues, and scientific business requirements and translate into strategic initiatives into practical solutions.
    • Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Tools and other logistics applications.
    • Experience in coaching, mentoring and motivating others

    Key Challenges

    • Stakeholders service-oriented mindset and able to work in a rapid changing environment in terms of stakeholder’s demand and expectations.
    • Fulfil requests from various stakeholders within the Project organisation with the limited resources available at hand by flexible scheduling while at the same time maintaining control of Logistics resources and keeping good communication with stakeholders.
    • Strive to be Top Quartile (TQ) in class Logistics organization by industrial and competitive benchmarks.
    • Manage changing business and project demands.
    • Problem solving - whenever a new situation is encountered, it is necessary to draw upon the experiences and know-how of the person to accomplish the best for the Company.
    • Must be able to work under pressure, at odd times of the day/week to meet deadlines and attend stakeholders’ queries so that deliverables pertaining to Projects can be completed & submitted in timely manner.

    Field Service Engineer

    YOUR OPPORTUNITY

    • To Perform Installation, start‐up, commissioning, and test of the Equipment supplied to customer sites; Perform technical assistance during and after the warranty period, carry out training and other after sales services of the equipment installed at customer sites. Finally, a good understanding of the customer needs is to be developed to provide objective advice and to ensure customer satisfaction.

    YOUR SCOPE

    • Installation, Qualification & Testing and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications.
    • Operate on Mechanical systems, HMI for regular activities and troubleshooting as per Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Execute electrical work (e.g., cable wiring)
    • Properly handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities.
    • Prepare Job Progress Chart and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities.
    • Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction.
    • Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordination plan and customer rules.
    • Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site.
    • Coach junior colleagues on the on-site behavior, technical activities, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables.
    • Report to the Installation Site Manager for team site activities.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Min 5 years’ experience in field service activities especially in rotary blowing machine.
    • Experiences in different application e.g., CSD (Carbonated), HR (Hot Filling), PH (Preferential heating), Aseptic, plasma coating technology PET, and others is an advantage.
    • English fluent, written and spoken.
    • Other foreign language as per regional location is an advantage.
    • Consolidated technical background on Electronics and Mechanicals.
    • Knowledgeable with the PLC (Siemens / B&R / ELAU) is an advantage.
    • Able to travel (up to 90% in international environment)
    • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent

    Cold Room Operator

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a Cold Room Operator to join our team to handle and organize our range of dairy products, mainly yogurts. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience with FMCG products, especially low-value, fast-moving items, and should demonstrate a strong understanding of FIFO principles and accurate stock management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive, arrange, and store dairy products (mainly yogurts) in the cold room according to company SOPs and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method.
    • Perform daily stock counts to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.
    • Monitor and maintain proper cold room temperature and hygiene standards to ensure product quality and safety.
    • Prepare products for dispatch according to delivery schedules and order requirements.
