Customer Service

• Greet guests warmly on arrival.
• Present menu and explain daily specials.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Order Taking & Service

• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS or manual order pad.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure correct portioning and presentation when delivering meals.
• Clear tables efficiently after meals.

Table Management

• Set up tables, napkins, cutlery, and condiments.
• Keep tables clean, neat, and ready for incoming guests.
• Assist with buffet setup and replenishment when required.
• Work closely with supervisors, kitchen staff, and mixologists.
• Report any customer complaints immediately.
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
