    Sales and Marketing Personnel

    We are looking to hire results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional  to drive revenue and growth for our business.

    We offer a Highly Competitive, Revenue-Based Salary (Your earnings directly reflect your performance and successful strategies.)

    Working days are Monday – Saturday

    You will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets. This includes:

    • Strategy Development: Creating and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing plans tailored to our target market.
    • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into confirmed sales.
    • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high client retention and referral rates.
    • Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product/service improvement.
    • Digital & Traditional Marketing: Overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events).
    • Reporting: Tracking sales metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and providing regular, detailed reports to management.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Sales and Marketing role.
    • Track Record: Documented success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving market penetration.
    • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and revenue drivers.
    • Software Proficiency: Competence in CRM software and standard marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms).
    • Commitment: Must be target-oriented and motivated by commission/revenue-based compensation.
