    Marketing Communication Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
    • Measure & report performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain landing pages and optimize user experience.
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies.
    • Promote our products and services during events (online/offline).
    • Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.
    • Advertise our company and products/services on various media
    • Produce marketing copy for our website/social media pages. Maintain social media post calendar.
    • Monitor corporate website/Mobile Application & social media pages and address clients’ queries.
    • Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.
    • Gather customer feedback to inform sales and customer experience teams.
    • Study design briefs and determine requirements.
    • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
    • Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas. Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs.
    • Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
    • Test graphics across various media, amend designs after feedback.
    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc or Certification in Marketing, Communications. Branding, Digital Marketing, or relevant field.
    • Proven work experience in similar role.
    • Familiarity with B2B and B2C digital advertising campaigns.
    • Hands-on experience with online content management tools.
    • Experience with marketing campaigns on social media.
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing
    • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages/mobile application and user funnels.
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
    • Familiarity with design software and technologies (eg. InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva).
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Good presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
