We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager - Offline Activation to join Chipper’s Growth Marketing team reporting to the Country Growth Marketing Manager.
The position is responsible for successfully managing several types of offline campaigns, events, and CSR activities launched by the growth marketing team or in partnership with 3rd party organizations.
You will work on Influencer marketing campaigns, field activation campaigns, organize and coordinate photo and video shoots, organize digital and physical events, and coordinate with 3rd party agencies on a variety of campaigns.
Project management, Campaign coordination, and reporting skills as key to the role.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead the execution of offline marketing plans and track performance on the agreed performance metrics
Manage, Coordinate, and track offline campaigns
Create reports on all active offline campaigns
Lead vendor management and follow up with other relevant parties on task completion
Be on the ground to attend photoshoots, video shoots, and content creation events
Engage and manage relationships with 3rd party agencies during campaigns
Drive CSR events and be on the ground working with photographers and videographers during CSR events
Be available to supervise marketing activations and live events when necessary
Work with the Country Growth Marketing Manager on all required campaigns
What You Should Have
Passionate and driven project manager
Highly organized and efficient operator
Ability to communicate and relate well with people (Vendors, influencers, agents, etc)
Comfortable with going on the ground and supervising various campaign activities
1+ year of experience in the digital marketing space (Marketing agency experience is a plus)
Previous project management experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, hyper-growth startup environment
Ability to be flexible with project timelines.
A self-starter with a strong work ethic – goes the extra mile without being asked
Comfort with ambiguity, and an instinct for moving quickly and iterating rapidly.
