Marketing and Communications Manager at Proten

Job Objective

• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing and Communication Manager to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies while effectively communicating and strengthening our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling brand narratives.

Job Responsibilities

• Marketing and communications strategy
• Market and competitor research
• Manage brand recognition, positioning and reputation
• Ideate and execute result-driven marketing campaigns
• Manage PR and media relations campaigns
• Manage brand messaging and communication
• Manage influencer marketing
• Supervise social media and community management
• Supervise online advertising (social media and Google ads)
• Supervise SEO and content marketing
• Supervise email marketing
• Campaign analytics, monitoring and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools). 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions. 
• Knowledge of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in digital marketing or related fields are a plus.
• Fintech/Cryptocurrency Experience is a Must.
