We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing and Communication Manager to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies while effectively communicating and strengthening our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling brand narratives.
Job Responsibilities
Marketing and communications strategy
Market and competitor research
Manage brand recognition, positioning and reputation
Ideate and execute result-driven marketing campaigns
Manage PR and media relations campaigns
Manage brand messaging and communication
Manage influencer marketing
Supervise social media and community management
Supervise online advertising (social media and Google ads)
Supervise SEO and content marketing
Supervise email marketing
Campaign analytics, monitoring and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Knowledge of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in digital marketing or related fields are a plus.
