Job Summary

• The Marketer will be responsible for promoting Tranquil and Quest Behavioural Health services, increasing brand awareness, driving patient/client engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare marketing, professionalism, and sensitivity when dealing with mental and behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote behavioral and mental health services
• Manage digital marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, website content)
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, organizations, and communities
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and patient needs
• Organize and represent the organization at outreach programs, events, and awareness campaigns
• Track and report marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare and ethical standards

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare or service-based organizations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Creative thinking with strong organizational skills
