The Marketer will be responsible for promoting the microfinance bank’s products and services, driving customer acquisition, increasing deposits, and supporting loan portfolio growth.
The role requires active field marketing, relationship management, and meeting set business targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
Market the bank’s products including savings, current accounts, fixed deposits, and loan products
Source new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct field marketing and community outreach activities
Identify business opportunities within assigned locations or sectors
Meet and exceed monthly marketing and deposit targets
Educate customers on bank products, policies, and benefits
Work closely with branch operations and credit teams to ensure service delivery
Requirements & Qualifications
OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Previous experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services is an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good understanding of local markets and customer behavior
Basic knowledge of banking products and financial regulations
