    Managing Director

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for building the company’s vision, scaling operations, and ensuring excellence in FPSO and vessel management.
    • Lead the development of business plans, operational models, and growth initiatives.
    • Build strategic partnerships with IOCs, NOCs, and marine service providers.
    • Implement asset integrity programs, maintenance schedules, and crew management systems.
    • Drive revenue growth through contract acquisition and service expansion.
    • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and investor relations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Offshore Operations, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
    • Minimum 15–20 years in offshore oil & gas operations, with at least 5 years in executive leadership.
    • Required to have deep offshore experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead a startup into a high-performing enterprise.
    • Proven experience managing FPSOs, marine vessels, and offshore logistics.
    • Strong understanding of Nigerian maritime regulations, offshore safety standards, and asset integrity.
