We seek an experienced Lounge and Grill Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lounge and grill, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality food and beverage offerings, and maximum profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage lounge and grill staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient service and maintaining high standards.
• Implement policies, procedures, and standards for exceptional customer service.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2 years experience in this role. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Must be based in Benin City.
