Qualifications

HND, B.Sc/MSC in HR/industrial relation and relevant disciplines

Appropriate professional qualifications will be an added advantage

Experience

• Upwards of 10 years working experience
• Must have worked in a consulting or HR environment
• Extensive experience in managing outsourcing services
• Extensive Business Development skills and experience
• Proposal preparation/presentation skill
• HR projects management experience (recruitment, organization review, staff audit, salary survey etc)

Outsourcing Executives

Qualifications

• HND, B.Sc/MSC in relevant disciplines

Experience

• Upwards of 5 years working experience
• Must have worked in an outsourcing organisation
• Extensive Business Development skills and experience
• Proposal preparation/presentation skill and experience
• Management of people & extensive client relationship experience
