Basic Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams, optimize sales performance, and enhance customer experience.

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee all strategic and operational aspects of the supermarket, ensuring alignment with sales targets, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
• Develop and implement sales-driven strategies to increase revenue, optimize pricing, and maximize profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market competition to drive informed business decisions.
• Ensure effective inventory management, minimizing losses while maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demands.
• Build and manage high-performance teams across sales, customer service, and operations, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
