Manager, IT Applications at IpNX Nigeria Limited

Purpose of the Job:

Primary responsibility is the building and leadership of the internal system analysts/development (web and mobile development) teams while establishing a network of competent external partners.

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

• Minimum 2.1/Upper Credit Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or any related field or a combination of related experience and education

Work Experience:

• Hands-on experience using Perl, Python, node.js, Golang or PHP.
• Hands-on experience with GNU/Linux, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Apache Web Server/ngnix.
• Previous experience with Telco OSS/BSS platforms including RADIUS, billing and provisioning.
• Strong system analysis and system integration skills.
• Strong team leadership and coordination abilities.
• Strong knowledge of software development process, quality control and impact assessment.
• Experience with distributed version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of mobile application development platforms, both native and hybrid.
• Strong experience building and sustaining an outsourced software development partner network within Nigeria and abroad
