    Manager, Digital Banking and Business Development

    Job Summary

    • The Digital Banking and Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and engage new customers for the bank's digital banking products.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, email, display advertising, and paid search.
    • Experience in traditional retail banking customer acquisition is also desirable

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a customer acquisition strategy that supports the bank's growth targets.
    • Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, using data to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, legal, data analytics, and marketing to develop effective campaigns and landing pages.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and insights to optimize customer acquisition campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
    • Work with the digital marketing team to identify and implement new customer acquisition tactics and channels.
    • Develop and manage budgets for customer acquisition campaigns and ensure spending aligns with performance targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and evaluate market trends and the competitive landscape.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the bank's retail digital banking products, including partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the retail banking industry, including fintech companies, payment processors, and other financial institutions.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new partnerships and alliances, working with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns to drive awareness and adoption.
    • Monitor and report on key metrics and performance indicators for customer acquisition initiatives, and use data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital banking and business development. Advising the Board, through the Chairman on the strategic direction of the bank
    • Managing and directing the financial institution toward its primary financial objectives.
    • Responsible for the overall implementation and management of bank objectives, policies. regulatory requirements, regional! local bonding and addressing Bank strategic plans.
    • Communicating the bank’s shared values, beliefs and mission to all staff. Projecting the bank to the communities we serve.
    • Collaborating with other member Group subsidiaries in meeting shared objectives.
    • Overseeing all operations and business activities in line with overall strategy and mission.
    • Creating and driving strategies for Mobile Financial Services Products that deliver tangible results.
    • Advising, Influencing and Engaging widely with staff and executives across the company and Group.
    • Reviewing financial and non-financial reports to device solutions and improvement

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or related industries.
    • Proven track record of managing customer acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels.
    • Experience with marketing automation tools, digital analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies and building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of the retail banking industry and digital banking products is a plus.
