Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing or reworking compensation structures in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws, tax implications, and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in compensation tools, HRIS systems, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
