Maintenance Officer at Quality Foods Africa

Role Description

• The Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities used by Quality Foods Africa Group are in excellent condition and in good working order. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abuja.
• Key responsibilities include overseeing equipment maintenance, performing corrective maintenance as needed, conducting maintenance and repairs, managing electricity installations, and communicating with other team members appropriately.

Qualifications

• Equipment Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair skills for Air-conditioners, Refrigerators etc.
• Good knowledge of electricity installations and related operations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently as necessary
• Previous experience in a similar maintenance role
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with food service equipment
• A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a plus
