Maintenance Officer at ECLAT HR Consulting

Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Inspect electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel departments and guests.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdown and operational disruptions.
• Troubleshoot and fix faults in electrical, plumbing, and basic mechanical systems.
• Monitor the condition of hotel infrastructure and report major repair needs to management.
• Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs carried out.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in maintaining the overall safety and functionality of the hotel facility.

Education and Work Experience:

• Minimum of OND/HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Good problem-solving and technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to maintenance issues.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and facility management.
