Maintenance Manager - Facility at Clinix Healthcare Nigeria

Job Description

• must carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues 
• allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff ( securities and janitors)
• monitor expense and controls the budget for maintenance 
• manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• keep accurate maintenance logs and maintenance reports on daily activities 
• ensure health and safety policies 

Requirements

• proven experience as maintenance manager 
• experience in planning maintenance operations 
• solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing , carpentry , electrical systems etc
• vast knowledge with external government and non governmental parastatals ( waste managementdonestic and medical) signage licensing 
• outstanding organizational and leadership skills 
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• graduate in management and other social sciences 
• valid certification maintenance manager (CMM) will be a plus
