Machine Operator/ Technician at Frutta Foods and Services Nigeria Limited

Job Details

1. Calibrate and clean machine to start a production cycle.
2. Control and adjust Machine speed.
3. Carry out proper maintenance of the machine and inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
4. Test operation of machines periodically.
5. Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
6. Frequently cross check out put from the machine and correct any detected error.
7. Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
8. Maintain updated activities log.
9. Working knowledge of handling utilities like Generator, Boilers, Compressors, Chillers, Water Treatment Plant, Nimco 1L, Pakona, pet filling line (Blow Mold, Filler, Sleeve Machine and Shrink Machine )  is a must.
