    Lounge Executive (Rivers)

    Job Description
    The role holder will be responsible for;

    • Receptively usher customers to the bank following due compliance processes.
    • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve optimum customer satisfaction.
    • Support customers / client in providing accurate information as regarding the bank services and key products.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers / clients.

    Role Specifications

    • HND Upper Credit
    • 26 years age limit
    • Smart, neat and tidy
    • Well-spoken / articulate
    • Cheerful disposition
    • Customer service processing skill.
