ROLE OVERVIEW

• We are seeking an experienced ans strategic Logistics and Supply Chain Expert to oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations of our organizationThe ideal candidate will bring over 10years of proven expertise in inventory management, logistics coordination, and administrative leadershipThis role is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining a seamless supply chain process that aligns with corporate objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
• Monitor and improve overall supply chain performance metrics (cost, delivery time, service level).
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through strategic planning.

Logistics & Distribution

• Plan and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and delivery of goods.
• Optimize logistics workflows to reduce transit time and costs.
• Manage import/export operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Inventory Management

• Design and implement effective inventory control systems and policies.
• Monitor inventory levels, reorder cycles and lead times to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure accuracy between physical andn system records.

Administrative Oversight

• Lead a cross-functional team across logistics, inventory acquisition, and warehouse operations.
• Prepare budgets, reports, and forecasts related to supply chain activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, health and safety standards and legal regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 10years of progressive experience in logistics, procurement and supply chain managemnet.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, APICS, CSCP, PMP) is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in inventory optimization, strategic sourcing and vendor negotiation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
