Position Summary

• A Logistics Executive oversees and manages the overall supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services. They are responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of goods, information, and resources from the point of origin to the final destination.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management:

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline logistics processes.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure smooth operations.

Transportation and Distribution:

• Manage transportation and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers and logistics service providers.
• Ensure compliance with shipping and regulatory requirements.

Operational Efficiency:

• Analyze logistics data and identify areas for process improvement.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and legal standards.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–4years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Working Conditions:

• Mon –Sat (8.30am-6pm) However Saturday is one day on, one day off.
