    Treasury Officer

    Job Summary 

    • The Treasury Assistant will support the treasury department in managing the company's cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk management processes.
    • This role involves daily cash management, monitoring of bank accounts, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and execute fund transfers between bank accounts.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
    • Ensure compliance with banking covenants and conditions.
    • Liaise with banks to resolve issues related to transactions and services.
    • Assist in the preparation of regular treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
    • Prepare and maintain treasury-related documentation and records.
    • Monitor and report on foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the treasury function.
    • Support the implementation of new treasury systems and tools.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
    • Assist in internal and external audits related to treasury functions.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
    • Knowledge of banking systems and financial instruments is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
    • Knowledge in Form M and Forex Procurement.

    Working Conditions:

    • Mon-Sat (8 am - 6 pm) However Saturday is one day on, one day off.
    • May require occasional overtime during peak periods or to meet deadlines.

    Logistics Officer

    Position Summary

    • A Logistics Executive oversees and manages the overall supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services. They are responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of goods, information, and resources from the point of origin to the final destination.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Supply Chain Management:

    • Develop and implement strategies to streamline logistics processes.
    • Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.

    Transportation and Distribution:

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: 3–4years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

    Key Competencies:

    • Organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    Working Conditions:
