Job Description:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing profitability. They will develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and expand the portfolio of loan and investments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
• Develop marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to customers.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, marketing of loans, or sales, preferably in the credit sector
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Preferably male
