As a Lifestyle Manager, you will be a key player in assisting with various lifestyle initiatives, creative thinking, project management, and managing day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Manage the employer's calendar, appointments, and daily tasks related to their personal and professional life.
• Handle correspondence, responding to inquiries and prioritizing messages.
• Conserve the employer's time by proactively anticipating needs and gathering necessary information in advance.
• Conduct research on various topics and provide summarized information.
• Assist in planning and organizing personal goals, engagements and travel arrangements,
• Engage in conversations with contacts, vendors, and other stakeholders to build relationships and explore potential collaborations.
• Collaborate with other team members and external partners on lifestyle projects and initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and their applications in personal and professional settings.
• Provide general administrative support to the employer as needed.
• Complete ad hoc projects as assigned, such as coordinating personal needs or events.
