Business Analyst - Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)

The Business Analyst - Sales Force Effectiveness contributes to the medical team’s strategy by developing tools that align and empower field force teams, improving their overall effectiveness.

About you
- University degree or higher education in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector
- Strong analytical mindset, statistical knowledge, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong mastery of data processing tools and methodologies, including Conducting and presenting studies, big data analytics, forecast modeling, Quantitative research
- Fluent in English, French is a nice to have.
