    Life Insurance Manager

    Job Overview

    • As a Life Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the life insurance department's operations, including policy administration, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
    • You will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and leading a team of professionals to achieve the company's objectives.

    Responsibilities
    Leadership & Management:

    • Lead and manage the life insurance team, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.

    Sales & Business Development:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the client base.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

    Operations & Compliance:

    • Oversee the administration of life insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Implement and monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

    Strategy & Planning:

    • Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

    Qualifications
    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
    • Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Life Underwriter) are preferred.

    Experience:

    • A minimum of 5-7years of experience in the life insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

    Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
    • Proficiency in using insurance software and CRM systems.
