    Branch Manager

    • The Branch Manager is responsible for o•ærseeing and driving sales operations within a designated region.
    • This leadership position focuses on managing, mentoring, and guiding sales teams, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximize sales performance.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Bachelor's degree / HND in Business Administration, insurance or related discipline.
    • Professional qualifications / membership (i e, CIIN, etc) would be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related role.
    • Proven track record of managing and leading successful sales teams within the insurance industry.
    • Existing network of contacts within the insurance industry.
