Job Summary 

• Ensure achievement of corporate business and sales targets.
• Implement and manage the Business Development and Commercial Process procedures.
• Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Proactively market the company’s services and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Identify, monitor, and respond to relevant job advertisements and business opportunities.
• Coordinate all tendering and bidding activities, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
• Maintain and update records for submitted pre-qualifications, tenders, and bids.
• Keep a structured schedule of all bids, pre-qualified prospects, and ongoing opportunities.
• Participate in site inspections, pre-bid and tender clarification meetings, and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure all pre-qualification documents and bids fully comply with Invitation to Tender (ITT) requirements.
• Prepare, package, and submit all tender documentation, including technical, unpriced commercial, and commercial tenders.
• Analyse market trends and provide recommendations to improve marketing and business development strategies.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities for business growth.
• Drive client acquisition while maintaining strong client retention.
• Provide monthly updates to management on business prospects and opportunities.
• Report to management on the status of submitted tenders and bids within one month of submission.
• Arrange and attend business meetings and technical presentations with prospective clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Ensure all activities comply with the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.

• Coordinates all tendering and bidding activities of the company and ensures timely submission of bids.
• Obtain updated information for all the submitted pre-qualifications and tenders.
• Maintain a schedule of all jobs bided, pre-qualified prospects, etc.
• Co-ordinates all tendering and bidding activities of the company and ensures timely submission of bids.
• Participates in site inspection visit, pre-bid/tender clarification meetings and submits reports to management
• Ensures that pre-qualification documents and bids are complete and comply with the submission requirements as defined in the Invitation for Tender (ITT).
• Responsible for preparation, thorough packaging and submission of tenders and pre-qualification (technical tender, unpriced commercial tender and commercial tender)
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Opening up new market spectrum for the company
• Ensure client acquisition and retention at all times
• Update management on a monthly basis on business prospects.
• Update management on the status of submitted tenders/bids within one month of submission
• Arrange business meetings and technical presentations with prospective clients.
• Attend to other duties as may be assigned by management.
• To ensure that all activities are being carried out in accordance with the company’s HSE policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a BSc. Degree with 1 - 2 years of experience.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
