Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex legal cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Mentor and oversee junior associates and support staff.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate with the management on firm-wide strategic initiatives.
• Stay current with legal regulations, rulings, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• LL.B degree from a recognized Law School and Call to Bar Certificate.
• 3-5 years of strong experience in Litigation, Arbitration, and Transactions.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven leadership with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A commitment to mentoring and developing junior talent.
