Job Description

• As a Legal Officer at White Soul Group, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance to our operations within the Logistics ad Hualagesector.
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal regulations and mitigating risks associated with our business activities.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal landscapeand will be adept at handling complex legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities related to the logistics an haulage sector.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal issues and provide solutions.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 3 of experience in a legal role, with a minimum of 2years post call to bar.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices in the energy industry.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
