Legal Officer

- Experience 3 - 4 years
- Location Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Draft & review legal agreements
- Provide corporate legal advisory support
- Ensure regulatory compliance & risk management
- Liaise with external counsel on disputes
- Handle contract negotiation & intellectual property matters
- Conduct debt recovery & legal investigations.
Requirements
- LL.B & B.L (Law Degree) – Recognized University & Nigerian Law School
- Experience: 3-4 years (Corporate, E-commerce, Fintech, or Retail)
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial transactions & labor law
- Experience in contract drafting, dispute resolution & regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation & analytical skills.
