    Legal Officer

    Job description

    • Support management in decision-making by providing legal advice on property transactions and investments.
    • Maintain and update legal records, company policies, and contract databases.
    • Handle client/legal inquiries related to property ownership, documentation, and disputes.
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and external solicitors where necessary.
    • Assist in dispute resolution, litigation preparation, and mediation processes.
    • Conduct periodic training for staff on legal awareness, compliance, and documentation procedures.
