Legal Officer / Company Lawyer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Law / Legal
Responsibilities
- Handle all legal matters of the company
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and MOUs
- Manage property documentation and land title verification
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when required
- Ensure compliance with corporate and real estate laws.
Requirements
- LL.B and BL (Called to the Nigerian Bar)
- Minimum of 3–5 years post-call experience
- Strong knowledge of property, corporate, and commercial law
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
