• We are looking for a smart and resourceful Legal personnel to take up the role of a Human Resources Officer at Cen Global Services Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, legal and labour law compliance, managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment, and overseeing learning and development initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with the labour laws and internal HR policies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate and manage training and development programs
• Conduct performance appraisals and support employee performance management systems

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in law
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage
