Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer located in Lagos State.
- The Legal Officer will be responsible for legal consulting, legal document preparation, contract law, and business law within the company's operations.
Qualifications
- Business Law, Contract Law, and Legal Consulting skills
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation
- Strong knowledge of Law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of International Standards Organization (ISO) principles
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Previous Experience as a company Secretary/Lawyer
- 1 or 2 year Experience is required
