Legal/Customer Service Officer at BP Business Solutions

We have been engaged by one of our clients operating within the financial services and market research sector to find a Legal/Customer Service Officer for its business operations in Abuja.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Carry out company searches with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). 
• Carry out Legal research and documentation with CAC. 
• Document verification and compliance checks. 
• Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery. 
• Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, procedures. 
• Assist in the analysis and review of legal agreements, legislation, and documents for the Management. 
• Monitor the maintenance of the registers and other records required to be maintained by the Company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA). 
• Carry out assigned customer service and administrative duties 

Qualifications

• B.L, LL. B (Hons)
• Minimum of one-year corporate experience preferably in a client-facing role.
